Send web width, print repeat, unwind drawing, core size, roll limits and registration-mark requirements for the machine. Include the finished pack dimensions and longitudinal-seal style. These purchase details let the film proposal be checked against your actual forming and sealing arrangement.

Confirm the machine design and the surfaces that must seal together before selecting the film. Provide the collar and jaw details if available. Trial the proposed structure under normal line conditions and inspect the long seal and end-seal intersections for reliable closure.

Map the front panel, back seal, end crimp and registration marks onto the machine layout. Check the print position on filled packs and reserve a smooth coding area. Barcode visibility and front-face appearance can change once the film wraps around the product.
