Ask for the selected mold's usable print or label area, including corner transitions and any parting line. Approve artwork on physical samples with the lid installed. Compare single-face labels and wraps based on readability and handling results for the actual shape.

Request the proposed resin grade, PCR content, sourcing documentation, and intended-use limitations. Evaluate representative filled samples for appearance, panel shape, closure fit, and formula compatibility. For food applications, confirm documentation covers the actual recycling process and contact conditions before approving the material.
