Squeeze Tube

Start with formula compatibility, required barrier, desired squeeze feel, and the filling method. Ask which tube structures are available for those needs, then evaluate samples. The tube's external artwork and shape do not reveal its layer structure or establish performance for a particular formulation.

Share the proposed structure, diameter, fill volume, product temperature, and intended closure. Ask the filler to review loading, filling, and tail-sealing requirements for that format. Approve production-style filled samples, including seal appearance and leakage, before fixing the final artwork and dimensions.

Trial the intended product with candidate orifices and closures, comparing squeeze effort, flow control, and residue at the opening. Include restart after storage and near-empty behavior. The flexible body supports a squeeze gesture, but acceptable dispensing depends on the selected structure and outlet.

Request a tube-specific dieline identifying the shoulder, body, seam or seal area, and process limits. Review artwork on a physical decorated tube, including after filling and sealing. Different tube constructions can use different decoration methods, so a bottle layout is only a visual starting point.
