White paper can provide a different print background and visual tone from natural kraft. Compare the exact proposed stock with your artwork and store presentation. Review brightness, surface finish and handle construction together rather than selecting from an on-screen white background.

Test the printed white bag with the normal packing and handover routine, including contact with counters and neighboring bags. Decide which appearance changes are acceptable. Ask for finish options to be evaluated against rubbing and folding rather than assuming a pristine flat sample represents use.

Supply the final retail packaging and inspect contact marks inside and outside the bag after handling. Check the base and handle attachment under the actual load. A clean white surface can reveal transfer that is harder to notice on a darker bag.

Record stock, surface finish, dimensions, reinforcement and handle specification alongside the print reference. Approve the loaded bag for both appearance and carrying. If paper grade or coating changes later, reassess the relevant checks instead of accepting a similar shade as complete equivalence.
