Confirm the machine design and the surfaces that must seal together before selecting the film. Provide the collar and jaw details if available. Trial the proposed structure under normal line conditions and inspect the long seal and end-seal intersections for reliable closure.

The product can interrupt the seal area or alter the closing conditions. Share fill flow, piece size and dust behavior with the packing team. Run filled trials that reflect normal variation and inspect for channels, weak seals and distorted packs before approving the film.
