Mark the filling edge, final closing seal and opening feature on the approved drawing. Send your filler and closing process details. Review usable cavity dimensions after all seals are accounted for so a compact sample format still fills and closes without contaminating the final seal.

Provide fill volume, product consistency, filling temperature and target headspace. Trial the filled sachet for bulging, handling and dispensing. A flat drawing or nominal volume cannot establish how the portion will spread inside the cavity or reach the seal area during filling.

Specify opening direction and whether the contents should pour or squeeze out. Test the proposed notch or tear feature on filled samples with representative users. Inspect for uncontrolled tearing, sharp corners and spilled product before selecting the final opening design.

Submit the actual formulation and process conditions for material review, and request documentation appropriate to the intended market and contact use. Include compatibility and seal trials. A sample size and familiar laminate appearance do not establish chemical compatibility or food-contact suitability.
