Test the maximum filled configuration on the intended hook, including handling and storage duration. Inspect for hole elongation, header tearing and pouch lean. Specify reinforcement or a revised layout if needed rather than assigning a capacity from the hole shape alone.

Review hole, notch, header and top seal on one drawing before approving tooling. Test both shelf handling and intended opening, checking whether the tear path starts accidentally or runs into the cavity. A convenient hand sample does not establish a durable display pack.
