Turn Top Paper Bag

The folded top creates a finished rim and can provide a region for handle attachment or reinforcement. Ask for its depth and material details on the drawing. Evaluate the loaded bag so the fold supports the chosen handles without obstructing insertion or opening.

Inspect the final paper, print and surface finish after assembly and repeated opening. Pay attention to dark solids and coated folds where marks are conspicuous. Approve a constructed sample because an uncreased paper swatch does not show how the finished rim will appear.

Send the largest item and the clearance needed above it for fingers or ribbon closure. Check the finished interior rather than relying on the flat blank. Trial insertion and removal so reinforcement and fold thickness do not interfere with the intended unboxing sequence.

Specify turn depth, reinforcement, body paper, handle arrangement and finished internal dimensions with the print reference. Keep a loaded approved sample. Review any construction change because matching the exterior height alone may hide a different rim, clearance or handle attachment.
